An Introduction ~ Home from Home

Marlborough Lodge is a family run care home for up to 18 older people.  It is situated in a residential area on the outskirts of Marlborough, with views of Savernake Forest, close to a bus stop and local shop.  Two Victorian houses have been converted into one resulting in a very homely atmosphere.  The sheltered patio and garden are ideal for enjoying fresh air and sunshine and there is a car park at the rear of the property.

Home cooked meals are freshly produced for each mealtime.  Good food is important and residents look forward to varied and tempting dishes.  Individual tastes and diets are taken into consideration.  Visiting services include a hairdresser, optician and clergy.  All laundry is undertaken on the premises.

3 Star 'Excellent' Rating by the Care Quality Commission

In January 2009 The Care Quality Commission (formerly the Commission for Social Care Inspection or CSCI) awarded Marlborough Lodge a 3 Star Excellent rating.
